Peter
The hotel had a Victorian vibe with classy décor, comfortable rooms, and basic amenities. Convenient location near eateries, supermarket, tram, and bus stops. Friendly and supportive staff. Highly recommended breakfast with plenty of options.
Everything great.

I chose the hotel for its location, as I wanted to work at the German National Library; and I found it very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The staff were, if anything, a little too enthusiastic.

Comfortabl and quiet.
It was fine. But required a 10 minute tram journey to the centre of Leipzig.

Comfortable, clean room with friendly personnel. Good location for the price. Appreciated the little table and chairs for our daughter, well-equipped kitchen, and good water pressure in the bathroom. Cozy room with a comfortable bed. Effective soundproofing.
Felt well-cared for, no reason to complain.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms. Street was reasonably quiet, except for the trams. The carpet had just been changed. Decent beds. Nice but small courtyard for breakfast and drinks at night. Smoking allowed on courtyard. TV had HDMI and S-VIDEO connectors. Cheap breakfast with lots of choice.
No airconditioning, there are only a few rooms overlooking the courtyard the rest was on the street. Rooms are on the small side, small TV. The hotel is in an old, ugly area of the city. You need a car or a tram to get to the center. Reception closes at 10:30 pm, after which no one of the staff is present. There were higher class hotels a bit further out from the city, we think we would probably have been better off there. Breakfast: eggs were almost always cold. The hot chocolate wasn't hot. The coffee tasted burnt. Little flies were on the fruit and the food laid out in the middle of the breakfast area, which didn't make it look very inviting to eat.

The hotel was clean with good facilities. The staff were really friendly and helpful, selling us tickets for public transportation and suggesting places to visit. The location, although outside of the city center, was in an interesting neighbourhood in the east of the city with good transport links to Augustusplatz and other parts of the city.
Nothing not too like.

Good bathroom, good breakfast.
One off the curtins of the room were without the back blackout, light invades the room (We discover that after the Reception is closed at 11 P.M.). Need urgently change matresses and pillows. Leipzig tram circulates in front the hotel...the windows of the room are faced to street...so is good for 1 night only (if you tired dead).

We stayed at a hotel not far from the city center, between two tram stops, which made it easy to travel around. The clean room and bathroom were comfortable, and the breakfast offered provided a good start to the day. The hotel had a reliable wifi signal and a convenient fridge within the room.
The service wasn't always reliable as the front desk staff left early, leaving no one to help during emergencies or to inquire about information.

Friendly and accomodating staff, charming building and room (stayed in single room). Clean, relatively quiet. Good breakfast. Not far from grocery store, which is convenient. Nice neighbourhood a few tram stops from the city centre. Recommended!

The hotel had a Victorian vibe with carpeted floors, an antique wooden stairwell, and a comfortable room. It was conveniently located near eateries, a supermarket, and public transport. The staff were supportive and kind, and the breakfast had a variety of options.

It feels like a small and intimate hotel, where the staff are accessible and friendly. The position is very convenient for anyone concerned with the University, but a little far from the centre. However it is serviced by very good tram lines that reach the center with in 5 minutes. The rooms are small, but very pleasant. In the lobby there is a very nice little bar in the evenings.

Perfect location, close to public transportation and Easter market. Friendly staff and clean room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was excellent and worth the extra fee.
The bathroom was a bit small and the walls were thin, so I could hear noise from adjacent rooms. The decor was a bit outdated, but it wasn't a major issue for me.

Lovely courtyard to relax, delicious and varied breakfast, convenient location. A perfect place to start the day.or hide from my annoying friends.
No one to save me from my friends after 11pm, but who needs staff in an emergency anyway?
